The Community Awareness Center is committed to disseminate a variety of health care topics to other healthcare professionals, law enforcement, educators and the general public with an emphasis on sexual assault and domestic violence, and mental health. The technique in which the Center provides the education is in conjunction with other community partners for evidence based best practices while concentrating on delivering compassionate care to all survivors and their support system, but we also recognize the importance of fostering and cultivating an individual plan of care to decrease the incident of nocebo.
